Yes, pages on this website are under construction and will be for a while because;
Pages are viewed differently depending what browser you are using, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Netscape to name just a few. I am getting input and checking pages on different browsers and making changes accordingly. It is impossible to prevent all viewing problems but I will try to set things up for the majority. Right now this site is best viewed using Internet Explorer.
